The estate’s owners, Tasmanian hospitality manager Julian Roberts and Spanish-born-and-bred cook Chaxiraxi Afonso Higuera, combine their two cultures to deliver an experience like no other. Using only the finest organic local ingredients, the estate offers Spanish cooking classes, where guests learn primitive Spanish cooking techniques with exquisite Tasmanian artisan products. Chaxiraxi’s passion for food comes from spending childhood days on her family’s organic farm in southern Spain.
